Horseshoes of the Zephyr

These horseshoes, when affixed to a horse or similar hooved mount, grant the creature the following abilities:

• Ignore the effects of mud, loose soil, ice, snow, or water: the mount's hooves fall upon the air just above the surface, which grants them perfect traction regardless of terrain.
• Gain +50% to movement speed.
• Once per hour, gain a fly speed equal to walking speed for 5 rounds.
